Founded in 1979, Craftech and has grown from a well-respected mold-making company to an award-winning total-solution supplier.
We realize our vision by providing value-based solutions through our partnerships and global alliances, managed by one supplier. Craftech operates two production plants, located in Anaheim and Tijuana, Mexico, totaling 110,000 square feet. Our production floors run 45+ Injection molding machines and 38-750 Tons. Each facility features a comprehensive equipment list and offers specialty solutions that enable us to meet the specific needs of our broad range of industry leading clients.
Continuous improvement is a coveted core value at Craftech and one of the key factors that has kept us relevant and competitive throughout the years. Combined with our extensive use of Lean Manufacturing tools and Advanced Manufacturing offerings, Craftech has been able to demonstrate significant value-added to our clients while improving part quality, shortening lead times and reducing inventory exposure.

Every project starts off with an all-encompassing kick off meeting where our cross functional team discusses expectations, timelines, qualification and other requirements to ensure the success of the project from initial project scope all the way through generating production parts on the manufacturing floor.
The meeting concludes with the assignment of a risk score and an action item list Craftech program managers take back to client teams for review and consideration. This up-front collaborative effort is an integral part of the Craftech Process and one that allows us to deliver proven results.
